Our client is looking for a Principal / Lead Engineer (Contractual | 12 Months)

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced Principal / Lead Engineer to drive high-impact engineering initiatives and lead end-to-end technical delivery.

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience : 10–15 years

Contract Duration : 12 months

Key Responsibilities :

Lead engineering teams and drive scalable system design.

Architect, implement, and optimize backend solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product and infrastructure teams.

Ensure high performance, reliability, and code quality.

Ideal Candidate :

10–15 years of hands-on engineering experience.

Strong backend development background.

Solid experience with cloud infrastructure and modern dev practices.

Proven leadership skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
