Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Engineer Process Operations to lead and coordinate Management of Change (MOC) processes, process safety initiatives, and compliance reporting. This role demands strong technical expertise in process engineering, hands-on experience with safety reviews, and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations.

Job Accountabilities :

1. Management of Change (MOC) :

  • Coordinate and oversee all Management of Plant Change activities, including numbering, tracking, and closure.
  • Review proposals against design specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Prepare draft P&IDs and conduct HAZOP & PSSR sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor temporary and emergency MOCs, ensuring timely closure.
  • Maintain and update the MOC register.
  • Prepare agendas for Apex Management reviews and provide status updates.
  • Ensure all As-Built documents are updated, cleared, and uploaded into REIMS.
  • Conduct post-startup monitoring and prepare technical close-out reports.

2. Process Engineering Calculations :

  • Provide technical inputs and calculations required for evaluating MOC proposals.

    • 3. Process Safety :

  • Track and ensure closure of PHA & PSSR recommendations.
  • Conduct SSSR as required and follow up on recommendation closures.
  • Carry out RESOPs and log observations in the designated portal.
  • Contribute to sustainability reporting with relevant process inputs.

    • 4. MIS Reporting & Audit Management :

  • Prepare and release MIS reports (DGH, Executive, Integrated DPRs) with 100% regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit recommendations.

    • 5. Mini Projects & Technical Support :

  • Review design specifications, codes, and standards for mini projects.
  • Develop draft P&IDs and support HAZOP & PSSR sessions.
  • Provide technical support across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed engineering phases.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : B.E. in Chemical Engineering
  • Experience : 6–9 years of relevant experience in process operations, MOC, and process safety
