Summary :

CEJN India is seeking detail-oriented Market Research Analyst(s) to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate engineer with minimum 1-2 years of experience in market research. You will work closely with functions like sales & marketing.

Responsibilities

Understanding the process of lead generation and persona creation for different international markets and industry segments.

Researching prospects through the web (LinkedIn, public directories, search engines) for email campaigns as per the framework defined.

Analysing simple databases in excel with use of functions and formulas.

Conduct reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvements

Collect feedback from cross functional department like sales and marketing.

Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights.

Qualifications

Graduate Engineer (Mechanical or others) with experience in any market research internship / project.

Strong attention to detail with a passion for data-driven insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to share insights via emails, presentations etc.

Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good to have

Worked with similar tools : LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (MS Dynamics or similar), contact mining tools (Hunter, Apollo etc).

Picking insights & collecting data through websites like Wikipedia, company websites etc.

Use of AI tools for presentation and research on industry segments.

Knowledge of web scraping

Familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Job Location : Bangalore. We are looking for candidates who are based out of Bangalore.

Business Intelligence team supports multiple sales offices across regions, primarily APAC+ ME and EU. The team has key role to influence the business development activities and in the growth of the sales company's business across segments and markets.
