US Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for our US employees using ADP. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, multi-state payroll processing, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience working with ADP Workforce Now / ADP Enterprise / ADP Run.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for US employees (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly as applicable).
• Manage payroll activities using ADP payroll systems including employee setup, compensation updates, benefits deductions, and wage adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Handle multi-state payroll, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and terminations.
• Review and validate payroll data accuracy including hours, overtime, leaves, reimbursements, and shift differentials.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee records, audits, and reconciliation.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, year-end W-2 and W-4 forms.
• Address employee queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
