What You’ll Do
- Research and identify high-potential leads through LinkedIn, web tools, communities, and databases
- Build and maintain lead lists; assist in outreach campaigns (emails, DMs, etc.)
- Help craft outreach messages that align with our brand voice and convert
- Track and analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements
- Identify and evaluate new channels or tactics to grow awareness and inbound interest
- Support the launch and tracking of growth experiments (e.g., referral programs, partnerships, community building)
- Research competitor strategies and market trends
- Help manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Create content (posts, visuals, short videos) that showcases our culture, team, and open roles
- Collaborate with team members to gather stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content
- Monitor engagement and report on performance of employer brand campaigns
