LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a Lead Information
Security Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Identity and
Access Management (IAM), specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ. As a
technical leader within Foundational Platforms & Engineering,
you will drive innovation in secure access solutions, architect and
lead the development of enterprise IAM platforms, and mentor a team
of engineers. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced SailPoint
IIQ skills, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion
for building scalable security solutions. Excellent communication,
analytical skills, and a commitment to best practices are
essential. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem
solver, with a proven track record of designing and implementing
large-scale IAM solutions. You possess advanced SailPoint IIQ
skills, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate complex
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders. You are passionate about security, automation, and
continuous improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment.
7-10 years of
experience in Identity and Access Management standards, principles,
and practices, including 6+ years of
hands-on
engineering / development
experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in large-scale
environments.
Minimum
educational level : BS / MS in Computer Science, Information Security,
or a related field, or equivalent
experience.
Professional
certifications in Identity and Access Management or Information
Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SailPoint Certified) are highly
preferred.
Proven experience
leading technical teams and projects in
IAM.
Strong analytical and
troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and a commitment
to data accuracy.
Experience
with scripting, automation, and integration of IAM platforms with
other enterprise
systems.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organizational
skills.
Self-motivation,
urgency, and integrity, with a drive to deliver high-quality
solutions and mentor
others.
WHAT
YOU’LL WORK
ON
Architect,
engineer, and lead the delivery of secure, scalable enterprise
identity and access management solutions, leveraging SailPoint
IdentityIQ and
others.
leading IAM
technologies. Oversee the full lifecycle of IAM platform
initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design,
implementation, integration, and ongoing support. Lead technical
design discussions and drive platform enhancements, automation and
process improvements using a variety of technologies (e.g.,
BeanShell, Java, PowerShell, Python, REST
APIs).
Design and implement
plugins, connectors, and integrations to extend IAM platform
capabilities and enable seamless interoperability with other
enterprise systems (HR, ITSM, cloud platforms,
etc.).
Collaborate with
stakeholders across business, security, and IT teams to define
organizational constructs, access policies, and governance models
that align with compliance and business
objectives.
Identify
opportunities for automation and process optimization in areas such
as user lifecycle management, access reviews, role mining, and
privileged access
management.
Lead and
participate in user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and
resolution of engineering issues, ensuring high-quality
deliverables and continuous
improvement.
Stay current
with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory
requirements to proactively enhance IAM strategies and
solutions.
Mentor and guide
junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, security, and
professional
growth.
Champion best
practices in identity security, risk management, and platform
reliability across the
organization.
