Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Salem for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage regional sales and marketing efforts, and ensure business growth in the designated area. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with teams across various functions. Some tasks may be conducted remotely, ensuring flexibility in the work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills, with a proven ability to oversee and develop regional teams
• Sales, Business Development, and Target Achievement experience within a regional scope
• Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Problem-Solving capabilities
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytical software
• Ability to work independently and within hybrid working environments
• Experience in the electric vehicle or automotive sector is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
