Practo is a leading health tech company based in India, with operations in multiple other countries. The company's platform connects patients with healthcare providers, facilitates online doctor consultations, and enables digital healthcare records management. Role Purpose :

The Area Manager - Hybrid will be responsible for driving the sales goals, building relationships with partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory at Practo.

Key Responsibilities :

  • .Oversee and manage the sales activities in the assigned territory.
  • .Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and customers.
  • .Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • .Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape in the region.
  • .Provide customer feedback to the product and marketing teams.
  • .Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.

Required Skills / Qualifications :

  • .Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • .Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • .Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • .Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • .Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Work Environment / Location :

    This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory. It is not a remote position.
