• Backend Development : Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python, ensuring performant and efficient systems.
• Team Leadership : Lead a team of highly motivated developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX / UI designers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices, integrating them into the development process to enhance efficiency and Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : 812 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Skills :
• Proficiency in Python & Django / Rest API / FLASK / FAST API.
• Experience with Micro Servies architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Python).
• Experience with Data Scrubbing and ML Libraries Pandas, NumPy.
• Kubernetes and cloud computing AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and automated testing.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Databases MySQL, NoSQL.
• Exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation.
• Knowledge about end-to-end tests using Robot framework and wire-mock.
• Write unit tests first before implementing features to ensure the functionality is well-defined and testable.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
