We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive regional growth and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate the entire team of Branch Managers & Relationship Managers
- Achieve revenue targets across broking & value-added products
- Drive cross-sales, NRI desk, and portfolio management initiatives of the branches
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure quality, and handle escalations
- Conduct regular training and product updates for the team
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 15 years of team handling experience in BFSIStrong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Cross-SalesProven leadership and strategic sales capabilitiesCertifications : NISM VA, VIII, XXIA, IRDA preferredWhy Join Us?
