Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with our licensing initiative. The Senior Medical Licensing Specialist will be responsible for obtaining and completing the initial provider application for US state medical licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compile the appropriate application from the US State Medical Board based on the provider's need.
• Work alongside the provider to obtain necessary documentation for the application.
• Maintain communication with providers throughout the licensure application process.
• Utilize task management software to track tasks.
• Be proficient in the end-to-end US licensing process for various healthcare license applications.
• Complete applications accurately and transmit to providers for review and approval.
• Handle online and paper-based application submissions.
• Request and complete verifications required by state medical boards.
• Maintain follow-up with state license boards until applications reach approval.
