Job Profile 1.Achievebusinesstargetsintheassigneddistrictaspersalesbudget;improvemarketshare; promoteawarenessofcompanyanditsproducts;enhancevisibilityamongstthetarget customergroups. 2.ManageDistributors / Dealersandothersalesoutletsinachieving(ratherexceeding)their agreedsalestargetsonmonthly / quarterly / annualbasis. 3.ExecutenewproductlaunchactivitiesintheDistrictthroughappropriatepitchingand communication. 4.Ensurecollection,managereceivablesoutstandingwithincompanyapprovedtimelines. 5.Maintaineffectiveandtimelycommunicationwithchannelpartnersatalltimesregarding productspecifications;availability;pricingpatternsandspecialoffers. 6.MarketandCompetitorsanalysisandreportingcoveringdistributor / dealerwisesales pattern;pricing;discountstrategies,deliverymodels. 7.Developandnurturebusinessrelationswithsignificantclientgroupsviz.Architects; ElectricalandConstructionContractors;Electrician / PlumberCommunityetc. 8.OrganiseperiodicmeetsofDistributors;DealersandElectrician / PlumberAssociationsinthe District. 9.CoordinatebetweenChannelPartners / customersandrespectivecompanydepartmentsfor monitoringorderplacementandexecution;stockavailabilityandmovements;ensuring deliveryschedules;resolutionofquality / quantityissues. 10.OthertasksandassignmentsinSalesandMarketingFunctionsasassignedfromtimeto time.
