Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Kota. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards, and address guest concerns related to housekeeping. Responsibilities also include training team members, maintaining supply levels, performing inspections, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in housekeeping operations, staff supervision, and cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and addressing guest feedback.
• Ability to train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Proficiency with inventory management, scheduling, and standard housekeeping tools and technologies.
• Experience in a hospitality setting and a diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
• Dedication to creating a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
