Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Application Architect – Oracle Cloud Applications with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations . The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas , with the ability to design and architect complex integration solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Define and implement integration strategies, data flow frameworks, and middleware architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration between HCM and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with standards.
• Guide development teams on complex formula logic and data extraction strategies.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and integration design specifications.
