About Senses Lifestyle Senses Lifestyle is a leading manufacturer and exporter of handcrafted wooden tabletop, homeware, and pet products, supplying to major global retailers across the US, Europe & Middle East. We operate across wood, metal, enamel, resin, and mixed materials — with strict global compliance and quality standards.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our Founder and drive strategy, execution, and efficiency across Senses Lifestyle (Exports) and Ireka Homes (D2C).

This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, managing multi-team operations, leading strategic projects, and ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and on time.

You will act as the Founder’s right hand, bringing structure, alignment, and speed across departments like production, QC, design, merchandising, accounts, HR, and Ireka

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

Convert the Founder’s vision into actionable quarterly & annual plans

Track execution, priorities, and deliverables across all departments

Prepare insights, reports, and decision notes for the Founder

2. Cross-Department Coordination

Act as the communication bridge between production, QC, design, merchandising, accounts, HR & Ireka

Lead weekly reviews & ensure clear follow-ups with each department

Resolve bottlenecks and inter-team issues proactively

3. Operations & Process Improvement

Build and improve SOPs for sampling → production → QC → dispatch → listings

Identify operational inefficiencies and fix them with structured processes

Ensure timelines are followed across sampling, shipments, costing, and Ireka launches

4. Project Management

Own & drive major strategic projects such as :

ERP implementation

US import entity setup

Exhibition planning (Ambiente, Maison, IHGF)

New production units & capacity expansion

Ireka SKU launch cycles & monthly targets

5. Business Reporting & Insights

Build dashboards for sales, margins, sampling, production, Ireka performance

Review and analyse business data to support founder-level decisions

Ensure accuracy in departmental reporting and financial discipline

6. People & Culture Support

Support HR in evaluating talent, improving team performance & strengthening culture

Represent the Founder in internal meetings where needed

Maintain confidentiality & act as a trusted advisor

Ideal Candidate Profile

3–7 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or project management

Strong analytical + communication + leadership skills

Highly organised, proactive, and driven by ownership

Ability to work directly with the Founder in a fast-growing environment

Experience in manufacturing / D2C / export industry is a plus
