Expertise in SFM Transactions, Wizards, Service Teams, Custom Actions, Mapping & Expressions

Strong experience with Contracts, Warranties, Entitlements, and ServiceMax Custom Objects

Proven track record in Full-Cycle ServiceMax Implementations

Proficiency in Salesforce Apex Classes, Triggers & Flows

Hands-on in Support Activity & Client Handling

Bonus : Knowledge of Copado for DevOps excellence

Ability to design integrated Salesforce + ServiceMax solutions

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Provide end-to-end user support and resolve business / customer issues
• Manage daily Salesforce & ServiceMax admin tasks (profiles, roles, permission sets)
• Create & customize objects, fields, layouts, reports, email alerts, approval workflows, & process builders
• Collaborate with stakeholders for critical business solutions , perform unit & UAT testing
• Understand and manage data flow & integration between CRM and ERP systems
• Deliver technical solutions that align with business goals
