Job Responsibilities
Define and checks on imaging Style
- Define imaging styles that align with the preferences of local target users based on India's cultural characteristics, aesthetic trends, and user preferences.
- Conduct detailed evaluation of the imaging outputs of products to ensure that the imaging style of each product meets established standards and satisfies users' expectations for imaging quality and style.
User Research and Insights
Conduct in-depth research in the local market through surveys, user interviews, focus groups, and other methods to understand the needs and pain points of users across different regions, age groups, and usage scenarios regarding imaging products.Continuously monitor user feedback, collect opinions and suggestions on products through online communities, customer service channels, etc., and implement ongoing optimizations and improvements to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.Develop competitive product feature planning and iteration strategies based on local market trends, technological advancements, and user needs.Skills and Competencies
Solid knowledge of imaging technology, including familiarity with image processing algorithms, optical principles, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams.Strong product design and planning skills, capable of independently completing product requirement documents, prototyping, and other tasks.Proficiency in market research methods and data analysis tools, with the ability to support product decision-making through data mining and analysis.Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to independently conduct user research and follow-up visits. Capable of efficient communication and collaboration with cross-functional (R&D, design, marketing, sales, etc.) and cross-regional (China and India) teams to drive project success.Passion for the imaging industry, with a strong interest and practical experience in photography and videography. Candidates with a portfolio of high-quality imaging work will be preferred.Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Design Arts, or related fields.Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a minimum of 3 years focused on imaging products and a track record of successful imaging product cases.Familiarity with the consumer market, with a deep understanding of culture, consumer habits, and market trends, enabling accurate insights into users' needs for imaging products.
