Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Leadership :

  • Lead multiple customer-driven telecom projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations
  • Team Building And Management
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance
  • Foster culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in the latest telecom technologies
  • Technical Expertise And Strategy
  • Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments
  • Guide the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes
  • Work closely with technical leads to ensure architectural and operational requirements are integrated into project plans
  • Client And Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and the client, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication of project progress
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and converting them into project goals and deliverables
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Risk Management And Compliance
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies
  • Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly those specific to telecommunications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G / 5G networks, IoT, and network security
  • Proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within an IT services company
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery with tangible outcomes
