[Urgent Search] Trade Confirmation

Role Overview

The Trade Confirmations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of post-trade documentation across a diverse range of financial instruments. The analyst will be tasked with drafting trade confirmations and managing client affirmations through both manual and electronic platforms, ensuring that all trade details are correctly captured and agreed upon in a timely and compliant manner.

The individual will serve as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders—including Front Office, Legal, and Operations—and external clients, helping to mitigate operational risk and facilitate smooth trade settlement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and issue trade confirmations for various asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Commodities, etc.). (OTC Derivatives -Equities, Rates, FX, Credits, Commodities, etc.).
• Manage client affirmations for both electronic and non-electronic platforms through electronic platforms (e.g., MarkitWire, DTCC, SWIFT) and manual processes.
• Ensure all trade details are accurately reflected in confirmations and aligned with internal risk bookings.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and client confirmations.
• Liaise with Front Office, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve confirmation-related issues.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding confirmations to ensure timely affirmation & confirmation.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all confirmation activities.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure all controls described by the business are adhered.
