About the Role

We're looking for a  Manager – Artificial Intelligence  to support and lead innovative AI strategies across our business functions. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for AI adoption, developing practical solutions, and guiding teams in delivering measurable, high-impact outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability to drive the success of AI initiatives that strengthen our marketing and analytics offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy Execution :  Support the design and implementation of AI initiatives that align with business goals and drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable value.
• AI Model Development :  Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI models.
• Team Leadership :  Mentor and guide data scientists and engineers, promoting collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Work closely with engineering, product, analytics, and marketing teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Ethical AI & Governance :  Ensure that all AI projects meet ethical, regulatory, and privacy standards through transparent and responsible AI practices.
• Performance Measurement :  Evaluate the success and ROI of AI implementations, continuously optimizing models and processes for better outcomes.
