We are looking for a Google & Meta Ad Specialist who will be responsible for leading and optimizing paid performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is essential to driving new customer acquisition, improving ROI, and supporting full-funnel growth marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google and Meta Ads Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Specialist will manage day-to-day advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Responsibilities include campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis. The role involves audience targeting, setting measurable goals, and ensuring maximum ROI while aligning with the brand's marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization
• Experience with audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategies
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights
• Knowledge of ad creative best practices, A / B testing, and ad copy optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing is a plus
