Job descriptionChartered Accountant OR MBA with 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. Strong expertise in accounts payable, financial control, accounting standards, and budgeting. Proven track record of managing financial reporting and compliance in complex business environments. Proven track record of managing large procuremen budget is additional experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in GCC, It Service, SAAS is preferred.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Lead and oversee all finance operations including accounts payable, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Act as a finance controller, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to statutory requirements, including audits.
- Monitor working capital and cash flow, ensuring effective management of payables and financial resources.
- Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support key decision-making for business growth and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement financial best practices and maintain fiscal discipline.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
