Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs across all SIS locations in the assigned area.
- Analyze store performance and implement business plans to improve sales conversion and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Track competitor activities and share actionable insights.
Operational Excellence
Ensure each SIS follows brand and operational standards as per company guidelines.Conduct regular store visits and audits to monitor compliance, store hygiene, and VM standards.Ensure timely execution of promotions, new launches, and marketing campaigns.People Management
Manage, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve performance goals.Ensure the SIS team adheres to grooming, discipline, and brand behaviour standards.Identify training needs and work with HR / training teams to build staff capabilities.Monitor attendance, productivity, and attrition and take corrective measures when needed.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.3–6 years of experience in retail sales / SIS / area management roles.Experience managing multiple stores or territories will be an advantage.
