✅ Procurement, configuration & troubleshooting of IT equipment

✅ Network Management

• Office networks (LAN / WAN)
• Internet providers, Telco coordination
• Migration to national AT&T network plan
• ✅ Security Management
• Bitdefender / Microsoft Defender
• Outlook / Hosting / Access control
• ✅ Hosting & Domain Management (GoDaddy)
• Domain acquisition / renewal
• DNS management
• SSL certificate renewals
• ✅ Zoom Administration & Troubleshooting
• Configuration, call routing, app installations
• ✅ Server & Remote Access Management (Trams hosting, Remote PCs)
• ✅ Vendor Coordination (Network vendors / Sector 7 / Zoom / Telcos)
• ✅ India Support Team Management
• Desktop support supervision
• Access management & ticket resolution
