Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manag er to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive brand growth and ROI.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design.
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-impact delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular performance reports.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and advertising.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to support product launches, events, and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a mid-level or coordinator role.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent copywriting and editing skills.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.Preferred Attributes
