Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in daily office tasks such as filing data entry and document management. Maintain organized records and documents.
  • Assist with handling incoming and outgoing packages managing couriers and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
  • Ensure a wellstocked and organized office environment including maintaining inventory for office supplies equipment and consumables.
  • Handle incoming calls emails and other communications directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors ensuring a positive experience
  • Help with arranging demosmeetings appointments and team events. Prepare experience room and manage scheduling conflicts.
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as sending vouchers filing receipts and tracking office expenses.
  • Connect with vendors for facilityrelated services and repairs ensuring the office is functional and wellmaintained.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher education (B.Com BBA BCA).
  • 12 years of experience in a similar role is preferred though freshers with a strong willingness to learn will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a customeroriented approach.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
