Job Title : Custom Website Developer (Real Estate Portal Specialist)

About the Role

We are looking for a Custom Website Developer who has hands-on experience building and managing real estate / property portals – not just basic websites. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our real estate platform with features like property listing management, advanced filters, maps, lead capture, and admin controls.

If you’ve previously worked on portals like 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing-style platforms (or similar custom portals), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portal Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain a custom real estate portal (front-end + back-end) with :
• Property listing pages (projects, flats, plots, commercial, rental, resale, etc.)
• Advanced search & filters (location, budget, BHK, property type, amenities, status, etc.)
• Map view (Google Maps or similar integration).
• Shortlist / favourite properties, compare properties, inquiry forms.
• Build a robust admin panel to :
• Add / edit / approve / reject property listings.
• Manage builders, dealers, owners, and buyer / tenant accounts.
• Control banners, featured listings, city / area master data, amenities, etc.
