Job description

Seeking a skilled Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and scaling of ARTH's fintech platforms, combining technical leadership with a passion for financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead architecture, development, and delivery of fintech products.
Ensure scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.
Mentor engineers; promote innovation and collaboration.
Align technical efforts with business and product goals.
Maintain code quality and oversee timely releases.
Manage third-party integrations and infrastructure (CI / CD, DevOps).
Stay abreast of emerging tech for strategic implementation.

Requirements :

Bachelor's / Master's in CS or related field.

6-10 years' development experience; 2-3 years in a lead role.

Proficient in Python or Rube on rail

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong knowledge of microservices, architecture, and databases.

Background in fintech or BFSI

Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
