Experience : 1–2 years minimum

Employment Type : Contract (PPO after 3 months)

Salary : ₹15,000–₹20,000 / month + uncapped performance-based incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad (Tolichowki) office. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about driving business growth in the EdTech and analytics training domain .

You will engage with potential students and corporate clients, present Evoastra programs, and convert leads into enrollments, contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Convert prospective leads into enrollments for student and corporate training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales progress.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to improve offerings and client experience.
  • Provide constructive feedback on client interactions and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (EdTech, training, or education sector preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi .
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and disciplined.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
