Job Summary : Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Operation Head in Hyderabad. The COO will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing day-to-day activities, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring efficient financial management.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Manage administrative, clinical, and support staff for optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
• Business Planning and Operations Management skills
• Analytical Skills.
• Finance and Budgeting expertise.
• Experience in strategic decision-making and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the healthcare  clinical  industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
