Job Summary :
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage workers, and ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports and attendance of workers.
- Manage materials ā check availability, issue, and usage on-site.
- Monitor subcontractor work and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and report to the Project Engineer / Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company and safety policies.
