• You will also be responsible for analysing digital financial products and services, creating user journey maps for financial applications, developing feature comparison frameworks, and building product improvement recommendations.
• In addition, you will research technology solutions for financial services, create proof-of-concept implementations, develop integration frameworks, and build technology adoption strategies.
• Lastly, you will analyse user experience in financial applications, create customer engagement frameworks, develop financial literacy content, and build digital onboarding approaches.
