Job Description :

Job Title : Intern HR Recruiter

Location : On-site Bangalore

Duration : 6 Months

Responsibilities :

As an HR Intern you will support end-to-end recruitment by screening resumes scheduling and coordinating interviews across all levels.

Youll engage with candidates hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the process ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.

Additional responsibilities may also include maintaining and updating candidate data creating recruitment dashboards for reporting and analysis rotating across recruitment functions and learning to use internal HR tools effectively.

Skills & Qualifications :

You should have proficiency in MS Office / G Suite

Strong communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

A keen interest in recruitment is essential.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Companys success reputation and sustainable growth.
