As we scale, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and contribute to Talentoj’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with startups and product companies actively hiring.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders, CXOs, HR heads, and hiring managers.
• Drive end-to-end business development : lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
• Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, funding news, and industry movements to spot high-potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets.
