About the Role

We’re hiring an AI Creative Producer who lives at the intersection of advertising, storytelling, and technology.

This isn’t a traditional editing role — you’ll craft cinematic, high-performance ad videos and static creatives for India’s top brands across real estate, fintech, luxury, and consumer tech.

You’ll ideate, script, and produce content using the world’s most advanced AI tools — blending marketing instinct, creative craft, and generative AI to build ads that don’t just look good, they convert.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video ads and static creatives that drive measurable performance.
• Use tools like Veo 2, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Magnific AI, Topaz, Descript, and ChatGPT to turn ideas into cinematic assets.
• Work with copywriters and marketers to align creative direction with campaign strategy.
• Edit, grade, and finish ad videos optimized for Meta, YouTube, and other performance channels.
• Continuously experiment with new visual formats, hooks, and creative frameworks to improve CTRs and conversions.
• Help document best practices and creative playbooks for scaling future campaigns.
