Role Description
Spacemen Digital is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative for an on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The responsibilities include identifying and generating potential leads, managing inside sales efforts, creating effective business strategies, and coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects, foster strong relationships, and assist with business development efforts to drive customer acquisition and client satisfaction.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Spacemen Digital in Bangalore. This will be the the first SDR hire. Based on the results, there is an opportunity to increase team size and grow into a sales leader role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques to identify and approach potential customers effectively
Strong Communication skills for building relationships and engaging with clients
Sales and Business Development abilities to develop strategies and achieve revenue goals
Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or an online services business
Has been part of a team that has scaled business through client acquisition
