4-month timeline with 4 developers

Two distinct workstreams apart of the delivery :

Talent acquisition automation

Copilot agents and workflow automation

Automated meeting requests / scheduling

Candidate application summaries to hiring managers

LinkedIn candidate sourcing

Help desk automation

Distribution list modifications

Contractor account renewals

AI-based automation solutions

Microsoft stack focus : Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio

Iterative deliveries throughout 4 months, not single end delivery

Musts :

Hands on / real world Copilot development experience

Strong coding experience

Copilot Studio experience

Strong understanding of Copilot best practices

Understanding of security roles and distribution lists

Ability to connect on-premises systems from the cloud

Experience with Power Automate Desktop, including child flows
