Key Responsibilities :
Own the P&L and overall performance of the ITSM unit.
Define and execute business strategy and growth plans .
Ensure high-quality delivery of ITSM projects and services.
Lead, mentor, and scale senior and delivery teams .
Build strong client relationships and engage with CXOs.
Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements .
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to win new business opportunities.
Mandatory Skills / Experience :
15+ years in IT with strong ITSM expertise (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, or Ivanti).
Proven leadership in managing business units or large teams .
Strong stakeholder management and CXO engagement skills .
Track record of driving revenue growth and successful ITSM delivery .
