Caprae Capital Partners is a family office investment platform that is tech-enabled. The platform is designed to change the lower middle market PE space. Led by founders / advisors who have grown businesses to 8 or 9-figure valuations with multiple exits along with serial tech entrepreneurs, Caprae invests across technology, finance, and media while building long-term, founder-focused businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Associate who will take on a hybrid role at the intersection of content creation, marketing operations, and team leadership. This person will directly manage a team of interns and junior associates while also contributing hands-on to content and marketing initiatives.

The Associate will be responsible for ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness across multiple marketing channels - from customized email outreach and newsletters to social media content, SEO efforts, and occasional PR or podcast initiatives. This is a foundational role for someone early in their career but ready to step into leadership , with the opportunity to grow into a more senior position as the company scales.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Manage, train, and support a team across marketing and content functions.
  • Create clear workflows, SOPs, and task guidelines to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
  • Review team's work for quality assurance, ensuring final output is professional and consistent.
  • Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and performance accountability.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Oversee creation and editing of customized email outreach campaigns.
  • Develop, edit, and manage social media content (, newsletters, website blog).
  • Coordinate and schedule posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign calendar.
  • Manage and track email marketing efforts, including newsletters and drip campaigns.
  • Marketing Operations

  • Monitor content and campaign performance; provide reports and insights to leadership.
  • Support SEO / SEM initiatives, including keyword research and basic optimization.
  • Assist in managing PR opportunities, including outreach for press features and podcasts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
  • Creative & Strategic Input

  • Contribute ideas for new campaigns, growth channels, and community engagement.
  • Apply design sense to social media graphics, blog visuals, and marketing collateral.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, finance / startup culture, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Must-Have Skills & Attributes

  • Strong writing and editing ability; comfortable producing professional, concise, and engaging copy.
  • Experience managing interns, junior staff, or freelancers — ability to delegate and enforce accountability.
  • Familiarity with , newsletters, and basic email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
  • Solid organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines at once.
  • Some design capability with Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with strong QA instincts.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn technical / finance topics quickly.
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to finance, entrepreneurship, private equity, or related technical fields.
  • SEO / SEM knowledge (Google Analytics, keyword optimization, campaign basics).
  • PR / media relations or podcast management experience.
  • Skills in analytics, reporting, or dashboard tools.
  • Advanced design or creative skills (Adobe Suite, video editing, podcast production).
  • Familiarity with workflow tools (Airtable, Zapier, Trello, Asana, etc.).
