Role Description :

As the Director of AI, you will :

• Define and lead AI strategy across business functions.
• Drive deployment of advanced AI solutions, including ML, NLP, GenAI & computer vision.
• Build and scale cross-functional AI and data teams.
• Lead AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with tech, product, and business teams to integrate AI into real-world use cases.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and measurable :
• 10+ years in AI / ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles.
• Proven experience deploying large-scale AI / GenAI initiatives.
• Deep expertise in ML, NLP, GenAI frameworks, and AI tooling.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI with organizational goals.
• Experience in managing diverse, cross-functional global teams.
• Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field (Masters / PhD : Chennai, Hybrid.
