Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, developing communication strategies, overseeing social media marketing, and writing and optimising web content. The role also involves using web analytics tools to measure and report on performance metrics and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning

: Assist in designing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Performance Marketing

: Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads — from keyword research and ad copy creation to budget management and ROI analysis.

Social Media Marketing

: Develop creative campaigns, manage pages, engage with audiences, and grow followers across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Analytics & Reporting :

Track and analyse campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console, providing actionable insights.

Market Research :

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging tools to stay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration :

Work closely with design, tech, and product teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Who Can Apply :

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing

Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

Available for a full-time, in-office role in Bengaluru

Open to candidates available for a 3-month internship or full-time position

Compensation :

Annual CTC : ₹2,16,000 – ₹2,64,000 (based on skills and experience)
