Roles & Responsibilities :

Vessel Design Expert on any one product profile (Reciprocating Compressor, Steam Turbine & Centrifugal Compressor) - Designer will be responsible for preparing Construction Drawings, Data Sheets, outline Drawings, Layout Drawings and General arrangements for Vessels. He / She will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He / She will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new cost-effective solutions for designs. He / She should be expert and responsible for designing of all / some of the following;

• Construction Drawing of Gas Accumulation Tank Drawing, Gas Heater, volume Bottle, Suction and Discharge volume Bottle Drawings
• General arrangement for condensate Pumps Skid and vacuum System Skid
• Data Sheet for gland condenser heat exchanger, shell & tube lube oil cooler data sheet etc.
• Layout Drawing of condenser outline drawings and shell / tube outline drawings
• Perform Technical Reviews. Review process- 30%-60%-90%. Handhold, guide & mentor the team to improve technical competency of the team
• Drive Knowledge Management, Continuous improvement & Productivity improvement initiatives.
