Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
- A strong understanding of Windows operating systems, MS Office suite, basic networking, and common business applications is required.
- Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing systems is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
Provide remote technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.Utilize ITSM or ticketing systems to track and resolve issues in a timely manner.Develop and maintain knowledge of various software applications, hardware devices, and network configurations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2-3 years of experience in remote technical support roles (L1 / L2 preferred).C1-level proficiency in German (spoken and written) and good Business English skills (spoken and written).Preferred Qualifications
