Job Description – Advisor (RCAD)

Location : Malad, Mumbai

Shift Timings : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off + Sunday Fixed Off)

CTC : Up to ₹8 LPA

Experience Required : Minimum 2 Years (HNI Broking / Wealth Advisory)

About the Role

Looking for a skilled and client-focused Advisor – RCAD to join our Wealth Advisory team. The role involves trading & order execution, HNI client handling, and cross-selling of wealth & investment products . The right candidate should have hands-on experience in terminal handling, equity & derivative trading , and a proven ability to advise clients on diversified financial products.

Key Deliverables

Trade Execution : Execute equity, derivatives, options, and cash market orders on behalf of clients.

Deliver end-to-end investment advisory services , with focus on AUM growth and portfolio penetration .

Cross-sell a range of third-party financial products such as :

Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, SIPs, Bonds, FDs, AIFs, TGS, Unlisted Shares, IAP & other offerings of MOFSL.

Manage and strengthen relationships with HNI clients through consistent advisory support.

Conduct client risk profiling and provide guidance based on fundamental & technical analysis .

Role Requirements

Education : Graduate with minimum 55% marks

Experience : 2+ years in HNI broking, trading, or wealth advisory

Domain Knowledge :

Equity & derivative markets (cash, options, trading)

Broking & operations

Investment advisory & client portfolio management

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Trading Applications & MS Office

Certifications : NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives (Mandatory)
