The Role

• Administer and maintain, SolarWinds, Grafana, Zabbix, VictorOps, Prometheus, AWS Monitoring and other monitoring tools (Probe PCs, RPA UIPath …)
• Managing / Developing Monitoring Factors for all monitoring systems for Network, Server, Application and end-points
• Analyzing Alerts and prevent potential incidents as remediating critical alerts
• Follow up Critical Alerts with service owners to fix critical alerts
• Managing / Developing Dashboard for monitoring visibility.
• Configure application monitoring, web transaction monitoring, and URL / event monitoring.
• Enable monitoring for Server, Network, Applications, End points for new Sites, services.
• Follow up monitoring Issue & Requests from Service Owners, ICTRE.
• Analyze current monitoring status / factors and enhance monitoring factors
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (using Python, PowerShell, Shell) for monitoring tasks, configuration management.
• Post incident support - CAPA(Poka -yoke)
