Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant, located in Kochi. The Operations Assistant will manage daily operations, support operations management, handle customer service, liaison works and perform data analysis. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of office functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for managing correspondence and interactions
• Languages - English, Hindi and Malayalam
• Customer Service experience to handle client inquiries and issues
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
