Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative located in Kottayam. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining solid client relationships. The role also includes collaborating with the finance department to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
