We're building Milana , an event hosting and community platform that connects people with interest-based gatherings. From creators to community builders, hobbyists to professionals, Milana helps users organize and discover real-world meetups, workshops, and events across metro, Tier-1, and Tier-2 cities.

Role Overview :

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to amplify Milana's online presence, craft thumb-stopping content, and engage with vibrant communities. If you live and breathe Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, and digital trends — this role is for you.

What You'll Do :

  • Be the voice of Milana on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, and beyond.
  • Create scroll-stopping content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, graphics).
  • Spot and ride trending hashtags, memes, and viral moments (with a professional touch).
  • Execute growth-focused campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and engagement.
  • Track insights (reach, engagement, conversions) and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with the business team to align marketing with growth goals.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Pursuing / Completed degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong grip on social media platforms & digital trends.
  • Creative mindset with design / content skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication & storytelling ability.
  • Passion for startups, events, and digital branding.
