Field Sales Incharge

Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Field Sales Incharge, you will be responsible for executing daily store visits, driving product distribution, and ensuring visibility for Cookd products in your territory. You’ll manage outlet coverage as per route plans, focus on weighted distribution of hero SKUs, and ensure 100% visibility in priority stores.

Key Responsibilities :

Cover outlets as per the daily route plan with

Focus on weighted distribution in Top 200 outlets (80%+) over numeric distribution.

Ensure coverage of 200+ outlets weekly with >

90% compliance.

Drive hero SKU sales push (50%+ per order).

Minimize complaints on product availability (

Execute 100% visibility in priority stores as per merchandising SOP.

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma in any field.

1–3 years of FMCG / retail field sales experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of local markets and retail dynamics.

Ability to work with route plans and sales tracking apps.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.
