Instructional Designer

This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years of experience who is comfortable working with content, organizing information, and preparing storyboards and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate storyboards and clear content structures based on curriculum maps and SME input.Prepare and maintain instructional documents.Collaborate with SMEs to gather missing details, clarify technical points, and ensure content accuracy.Review provided materials to identify inconsistencies or gaps and communicate them promptly.Requirements2 years of experience in instructional design .Understanding of instructional design models (Gagné, Merrill, ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and vILT.Ability to work with technical content (STEM familiarity is a plus, not required).Strong written English and attention to instructional and editorial detail.Strong communication skills, good information-structuring skills and attention to details.Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise / Storyline, Captivate, etc.).Hourly rate : 15$ - 25$Send your CV + samples (storyboards, design docs, or eLearning projects) to : : Instructional Designer – upcoming projects
